Yes, you can bring backpacks or small bags on board.
We urge you not to bring bulky objects or bags with you.
Itineraries may vary, be reduced or sometimes cancelled (and refunded) for safety reasons if the weather conditions are bad. Bad weather forecasts, changeable weather, cloudy skies or high temperatures are not valid reasons for a refund if the client wishes to cancel.
We will give you a 100% refund in the following cases:
cancellation for bad weather conditions (this is at our discretion – see question “what happens if the weather conditions are bad?”)
We will not pay a refund if the client decides to cancel, or if he/she does not show up at the agreed time.
No, there are no assigned seat numbers on board.
We strongly recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
You must show the ticket you bought at our agency.
The ticket is an essential travel document. You cannot board the boat without it.
It is important to read the name of the boat on the ticket before boarding.
There are 2 toilets on board “Lipari Island”.
You may bring one small pet on board for each trip.
During navigation it must wear a muzzle and is under the owner’s responsibility.
We do not however recommend bringing your pet due to the heat and the length of some of the crossings.
Yes, we have discounts for them and children under 3 years of age travel for free.
We recommend you keep your children near you during navigation.
Yes, access is guaranteed.
We allow foldable buggies. During navigation they must be folded and stored.
We recommend lightweight clothing, suncream, a hat, comfortable shoes and a jacket for the return trip.
No, consumption of food is not allowed on board.
We urge you to listen carefully to the time the captain gives you to come back on board.
If the guest does not get to the boat on time for departure, we will wait for up to ten minutes, but after that we will be obliged to continue the trip for the other guests and in order to maintain our timetable. The company is not responsible if the guests fail to come back on board for departure on time.
